Who writes it

Jordan writes and checks the guides on The Casino Edit. He has seven years of regulatory and compliance experience in UK gambling. Before turning to editorial work in 2024, he spent four years as a regulatory analyst at a UKGC-licensed operator group, preparing Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice audits, reviewing anti-money laundering controls and building customer due-diligence frameworks across the group’s UK and Maltese licences. Earlier, he worked in the regulatory affairs team of a Manchester gambling-software supplier, drafting compliance documentation for launches in new markets.
He holds a Master’s degree in Financial Regulation from the University of Manchester and a law degree from the University of Sheffield, and he is a member of the International Compliance Association with its Specialist Certificate in Anti-Money Laundering. He is based in Manchester.
