Goldenbet sister sites

Which brands share Goldenbet's operator, licence and platform, what its 10% cashback really asks of you, and how the sister sites' welcome terms compare.

The short answer
  • Velobet, Rolletto, Cosmobet and Zizobet share Goldenbet's operator, Santeda International B.V., and its Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1798/1048. MyStake and Donbet share the platform under GTW B.V.
  • Goldenbet listed no casino welcome in October 2026. Its 10% cashback is capped at €500 a time, carries 45x wagering and limits withdrawals to 5x the cashback.
  • Velobet gives the most time to clear a welcome, at 30 days, and none of the 7 brands holds a Gambling Commission licence.

Goldenbet logo

Goldenbet's own published footer text names Santeda International B.V. and its Curaçao licence, and 4 other brands carry the same operator text: Velobet, Rolletto, Cosmobet and Zizobet. 2 more, MyStake and Donbet, run on the same platform under a different licence holder, GTW B.V., so we compare them separately. This page is for a player who already knows Goldenbet and wants to know which brands sit around it and whether the differences are worth acting on. The short answer is that the lobby and cashier barely differ, and Goldenbet is the one brand in the group without a casino welcome, so the real reasons to look elsewhere are welcome structure, the time allowed to clear wagering and what each brand does with an account you stop using.

The Gambling Commission requires any operator offering remote gambling to consumers in Great Britain to hold a Commission licence, including operators based overseas. None of the 7 brands on this page holds one, so none is authorised to serve players in Great Britain.

A note on money: welcome offers and most minimum deposits display in euros, the base currency these brands use, and Goldenbet's promotions show €, £ and $ side by side. Treat the euro figure as the published offer rather than a converted sterling amount, because the figure that applies follows your account's registered currency.

Which Goldenbet sister site fits which player

The table starts with what each brand does differently from Goldenbet and the restriction to check before signing up. Welcome offers sit in a separate table further down, because the wagering deadlines covered below decide how much they are worth.

What existing Goldenbet players need to know

Two points matter more to a Goldenbet player than any welcome figure: how the bonus rules follow you from one site to the next, and what Goldenbet's cashback actually asks of you.

Welcome bonus eligibility

Goldenbet's terms allow no more than one of each bonus per user, IP address, device, family, residential address, telephone number, card, payment account and email address, and only one account per person, household or IP address. Velobet, Rolletto, Cosmobet, Zizobet, MyStake and Donbet use the same wording. We could not establish whether the brands share customer data with each other, so do not assume a welcome at a sister site will be honoured, and do not assume it will be refused.

Goldenbet had no casino welcome on its promotions page when we checked in October 2026, so the comparison that matters is its recurring offers. The 10% cashback can be requested through support any number of times a day, but each payment is capped at €500, carries 45x wagering within 15 days and allows withdrawals of no more than 5 times the cashback. To qualify you need €100 in deposits since your last bonus or withdrawal and a balance below 1, and the cashback is paid only on deposits from the last 7 days. MyStake runs a loyalty cashback on almost identical terms, while Velobet advertises a 10% VIP cashback without wagering and MyStake pays its 10% monthly crypto cashback without wagering.

Goldenbet's 10% cashback card. The terms behind it set 45x wagering, a €500 cap and a 5x withdrawal limit.

Accounts, verification and withdrawals

Each brand is a separate site with its own registration, balance and identity checks. There is no shared login, and balances are not pooled across brands. Goldenbet's terms let it request proof of identity at any time and hold funds until it is supplied, and they cap withdrawals at €7,500 in any 7 days and €15,000 in any 30 days.

We could not establish whether documents accepted at one brand are recognised at another, so treat each site as a fresh verification. A common complaint pattern across offshore casinos is a first withdrawal held until documents are supplied, which is avoidable if verification is finished first. The inactivity terms differ more than most readers expect. Goldenbet treats an account as dormant after 12 months without a login and can then charge €10 a month, and MyStake and Donbet use the same clause. Rolletto starts after 60 days and charges 20% of the balance a month, Cosmobet starts after 365 days at 5% a month capped at €20, and we found no dormancy clause in the Velobet and Zizobet terms we read.

How the sister sites compare

Wagering is the term to read closely, because at every brand that publishes it here it attaches to deposit plus bonus rather than the bonus alone. A £100 deposit plus a £100 bonus at 30x deposit-and-bonus wagering requires £6,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal, not £3,000. That is arithmetic on the stated terms, not a live offer.

Goldenbet's own value sits in recurring offers rather than a sign-up package. On Thursdays and Fridays a deposit of €50 or more with the promo code GOLDEN adds 100 free spins on Hot Chilli Bells each day, and the winnings carry no wagering, with withdrawals from them capped at €1,000. Sports bettors get 20% back as a free bet on a losing accumulator of €20 or more, up to €500 per bet, and a €20 free bet on Saturdays. The minimum deposit is €20.

Velobet

Velobet's casino welcome covers 3 deposits: 150% on a first deposit of €10 to €500, or 100% on €500 to €1,000, plus 300 free spins, then 100% up to €500 and 80% up to €500. All 3 parts carry 30x deposit-plus-bonus wagering within 30 days with a €5 maximum bet, and the minimum deposit is €10.

Velobet homepage

The time allowed is the difference that matters. Velobet gives 30 days to clear each part at 30x, which is the most forgiving deadline among the Santeda welcomes, and it adds a 160% crypto welcome up to €1,000 at 35x. Its general terms cap the amount withdrawable from deposit-bonus winnings at 10 times the qualifying deposit, a clause Goldenbet's general terms do not carry because Goldenbet offers no deposit welcome to apply it to.

For a Goldenbet player who wants a first casino welcome and cannot play every day, Velobet is the strongest fit in the group. A player who only uses Goldenbet's wager-free spins gains little here.

Cosmobet

Cosmobet spreads its welcome over the first 4 deposits, each a 100% match up to €500, for up to 400% and €2,000 in bonus. Each part carries 30x deposit plus bonus on slots only, with a €5 maximum bet, and must be cleared within 7 days of activation. The minimum deposit is €20.

The free spins depend on deposit size rather than the match. Each deposit of €20 to €99.99 adds 50 spins, €100 to €199.99 adds 100, and €200 or more adds 250, so the 1,000 in the headline needs 4 deposits of at least €200. A €100 deposit earns a €100 bonus and needs €6,000 in bets within the week, or roughly €860 a day. Cosmobet's dormancy terms are the mildest in the group, at 5% a month capped at €20 after a full year without a login.

For a Goldenbet player who deposits €200 or more at a time and plays daily, Cosmobet is worth its place. A player who cannot meet a 7-day deadline gains nothing over Goldenbet here.

Zizobet

Zizobet has the highest headline rate in the group: 550% up to €5,300 with up to 900 free spins across 4 deposits, and a crypto alternative of 630% up to €6,060 with 1,000 free spins. The first 2 deposits earn 100% and 110% on €10 to €500 and 150% on €500 to €1,000, the third earns 100% up to €800, and the fourth qualifies only from €500. The minimum deposit is €10.

Zizobet homepage with its welcome offers
Zizobet's homepage, September 2026.

The terms published with the welcome in October 2026 set 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus, to be completed within 5 days of activation, which is the shortest window outside Rolletto. On €100 deposits the match is close to Cosmobet's, so the headline only pays off on deposits of €500 or more. Its general terms carry the same 10x-deposit cap on bonus winnings as Velobet's.

For a Goldenbet player who deposits €500 or more at a time and clears wagering quickly, Zizobet has the strongest headline. A player who deposits in the low hundreds gains little over a no-welcome account here.

Rolletto

Rolletto carries the largest match cap in the group. Its welcome reaches up to €5,500 across 3 deposits: 150% up to €500, 50% up to €2,000 and 25% up to €3,000, with 50 free spins on the first deposit and 30 more on each of the next 5 days of logins. The minimum deposit is €20.

Rolletto homepage
Rolletto's homepage, September 2026.

The cap comes at the price of the hardest terms in the group. The first 2 parts carry 40x deposit plus bonus and the third 30x, each within 5 days, and reaching the second and third caps takes deposits of €4,000 and €12,000. Its inactivity clause is the strictest in the group, at 20% of the balance a month after 60 days. Its crypto welcome, 100% up to €1,000 plus 200 free spins at 40x, accepts 8 coins including Bitcoin, Monero and Stellar.

For a high-volume crypto player who can clear heavy wagering quickly, Rolletto has the strongest cash headline. A Goldenbet player who leaves money in an account between sessions should not do so here.

MyStake

MyStake runs on the same platform under a different company, GTW B.V., and licence OGL/2024/250/0115. Its casino welcome is a 300% package up to €1,500 across the first 3 deposits: 150% up to €750, 100% up to €500 and 50% up to €250, on slots only at 30x deposit plus bonus within 30 days. The minimum deposit is €20 and the maximum bet €5.

MyStake homepage
MyStake's homepage (mystake.win), September 2026.

MyStake is the brand closest to Goldenbet's recurring offers. Its loyalty cashback is also 10% on request, needs €100 in deposits within 30 days, is capped at €500 at a time and carries 45x wagering with a 5x withdrawal cap. The difference is its crypto cashback: 10% of monthly net losses on crypto deposits, credited without wagering. Its general terms carry no 10x-deposit clause of the kind Velobet's has.

For a Goldenbet player who deposits in crypto and wants loss-back without wagering, MyStake earns its place. A player who uses cards only gains little over Goldenbet's own cashback here.

Donbet

Donbet shares MyStake's operator and licence rather than Goldenbet's. Its slot welcome is a 150% match on a first deposit of €20 to €500, so up to €750, plus 50 free spins, with 30x wagering on the deposit, the bonus and any free-spin winnings, to be completed within 30 days with a €5 maximum bet. Its promotions also list a 120% sports welcome up to €600 and a 170% crypto welcome with 100 free spins.

Donbet banner: slot welcome bonus 150% up to €750 and 50 free spins
Donbet's slot welcome banner, October 2026.

Where Goldenbet leads with its casino promotions, Donbet's banners open with sport: a Triple Combo deal on top leagues, a sports welcome and a mini-games leaderboard. Its terms cap withdrawals from any non-welcome wagering bonus at 5 times the bonus, and we found no 10x-deposit clause applying to the welcome. A €100 deposit earns a €150 bonus, so the requirement is €7,500 in bets plus 30 times whatever the 50 spins win.

For a Goldenbet player who bets mainly on sport and prefers a different licence holder, Donbet is the only sports-first option in the group. A casino-only player gains little over Velobet here.

Welcome offers and payment terms

The table separates 2 limits that constrain different things: the bonus win cap, which limits what a bonus can pay out, and the monthly ceiling, which limits total cash-out from the account. Where a figure was not in the terms we read, the table says so rather than implying a check that did not happen.

What you keep when you switch, and what changes

The 5 Santeda brands share one operator statement, one licence number, the same lobby structure, the same crypto-forward cashier, the same €7,500 weekly and €15,000 monthly withdrawal limits and identity checks that can be triggered at any time. Affiliate material that presents them as 5 separate casinos is describing one product in several colours. MyStake and Donbet share the platform and the same withdrawal limits, but not the licence.

The differences that remain are short. Velobet gives 30 days to wager. Cosmobet pays spins by deposit size. Zizobet pays more on large deposits. Rolletto has the biggest cap and the hardest wagering. MyStake pays crypto cashback without wagering. Donbet leads with sport. Nothing else is shared: each brand has its own registration, balance, verification, inactivity clock and self-exclusion.

Goldenbet's published footer text names Santeda International B.V., Curaçao company number 151296, registered at Zuikertuintjeweg Z/N, and licence OGL/2024/1798/1048 from the Curaçao Gaming Authority. When we checked in October 2026, that text did not display in the footer for visitors from Ireland, so we read it from the text the site itself loads, and we found the same entity, number and licence in the published text of Velobet, Rolletto, Cosmobet and Zizobet. The test a reader can run is the same: a site whose operator text names Santeda and OGL/2024/1798/1048 is on Goldenbet's licence. The test confirms a shared licence, so read it as strong evidence of a sister relationship, not absolute proof of one.

MyStake and Donbet appear on many Goldenbet sister-site lists, and both fail that test, because their footers name GTW B.V., company number 165433, and licence OGL/2024/250/0115. They belong in this comparison because of the platform and the reporting around it. In February 2026, NEXT.io and The Gaming Boardroom reported the group moving brands including Goldenbet, Velobet, Donbet and MyStake from Santeda to GTW on their footers. In April 2026 an investigation by Investigate Europe and the Guardian linked at least 8 sites, including Goldenbet, Velobet and MyStake, to the same network, and the software provider Upgaming said through its lawyers that its partnership with Santeda had been terminated.

MyStake's company details name a different operator: GTW B.V., licence OGL/2024/250/0115.

Two caveats attach to both companies rather than to any single brand. As observed in the Curaçao Gaming Authority's licence registry edition of 21 September 2026, both licences showed an expiry date of 24 December 2025 and a status of assessment in progress, which applies to every brand on each licence. In April and May 2026, NEXT.io and the Curaçao Chronicle reported that Santeda International B.V. and GTW B.V. had been dissolved while the sites kept trading. Goldenbet's published text still named Santeda in October 2026, which means a complaint may have no clearly identifiable company to answer it.

Risks, protections and self-exclusion

Outside the Gambling Commission's regime you lose the protections that come with it. These operators do not apply its deposit-limit and affordability rules, and they are not bound to its complaints and dispute-resolution process. GAMSTOP does not cover these sites, and we found nothing in the terms we reviewed that extends a self-exclusion from one brand to another, so treat each exclusion as applying only where you set it.

If you have self-excluded through GAMSTOP, these sites sit outside the protection you chose, and that exclusion exists for a reason. Free, confidential support is available from GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, run by GamCare, and GAMSTOP covers every site licensed in Great Britain.

If you do play, 2 steps prevent avoidable harm. Complete identity verification when you sign up, so a first withdrawal is not held for documents. Read the cashback wagering, the bonus win cap and the €15,000 monthly limit before depositing money you would mind losing.

FAQ

Common questions

Who operates Goldenbet and its sister sites?

Santeda International B.V. is named in the published text of Goldenbet, Velobet, Rolletto, Cosmobet and Zizobet, under Curaçao company number 151296 and licence OGL/2024/1798/1048. MyStake and Donbet run on the same platform under GTW B.V. and licence OGL/2024/250/0115.

How many Goldenbet sister sites are there?

4 share Goldenbet's operator and licence: Velobet, Rolletto, Cosmobet and Zizobet. We also compare MyStake and Donbet, which share the platform under a different licence holder.

Can I claim a welcome bonus at more than one sister site?

Not reliably. Each brand limits its bonuses to one per household, IP address, device and payment method, and we could not establish whether the brands share that data with each other. Goldenbet itself listed no casino welcome when we checked in October 2026.

Are any Goldenbet sister sites licensed by the Gambling Commission?

No. Every brand holds a Curaçao licence only, and none holds the Commission licence required to serve players in Great Britain.

Does a Goldenbet self-exclusion cover the sister sites?

No. We found nothing in the terms that carries a self-exclusion from one brand to another, and GAMSTOP does not cover these sites.

Do I need a separate account for each sister site?

Yes. Each brand has its own registration, balance, identity checks and inactivity clock, with no shared login.

Which sister site has the largest welcome bonus?

Rolletto by cash value, with up to €5,500 at 40x and 30x deposit-plus-bonus wagering within 5 days, and Zizobet by percentage, with 550% up to €5,300 at 30x within 5 days. Both cap withdrawable winnings from a deposit bonus at 10 times the qualifying deposit.

Is Donbet a Goldenbet sister site?

In part. Donbet shares Goldenbet's platform and group, but its footer names GTW B.V. and a different licence, so a complaint about Donbet goes to a different company than one about Goldenbet.
